Piper Planning play a key role in facilitating development outcomes in the Hunter Region. This has been achieved through forging strong relationships with key players in the residential development sector.

Linked to the ongoing urban consolidation of suburbs in within Newcastle’s inner, southern and western precincts, Piper Planning has been intrinsically involved with a majority of the multiple residential developments in these areas.

We assist clients through the development approval process, identifying the required content for Development Applications, necessary consultants and the most appropriate way in which to present documentation so that the approval process is streamlined and efficient.
